Leaving Jake at home to do laundry I went off to the
Melbourne Flower and Garden Show at the Royal Exhibition Center on Wednesday
morning. The show takes place both
indoors and outdoors, it being summer here.
Indoors were the flower arrangements and some vendors and outdoors were
a huge number of vendors and several groupings of display gardens.
It is not as large a show as the Philadelphia Flower Show,
or at least it didn’t seem to be, but they had some great exhibits. The vendors were similar in wares from tools
to bulbs and plants to garden ornamentation and outdoor furniture.
